J24’s racing in NonSpin should be in A class. It was agreed several years ago that any boat 4000 lbs or less (primarily dry sailed) would be placed in NonSpin A. The reason was to encourage the heavy NonSpin boats to continue to compete. Last Wednesday was JPeas first WNR and they have been informed of this peculiar rule. Other boats have also misinterpreted the rule this year.
