A few things to keep in mind with the parking situation.

1) who is paying for the parking study, because NOYC won’t even consider it, and if you expect MYHMC to pay for it then be ready for a spike in slip fees to cover the study.
2) where would a parking lot going to go, and who is going to pay for it. If you expect a chunk of west end park be taken out for parking, then you’re going to piss off the people who live in the boat houses around the park AND people who frequent it.
3) the club and harbor is in New Orleans, New Orleans government only sees this area as a money cow to collect taxes but not put any money back into the area. On top of that the city is practically bankrupt.
4) I agree trailers being parked for more than 24 hours on the clubs side is BS, if your going to leave a trailer then do it on the singes side of the park, but you really can’t expect cars to be on a 24 hour clock, there’s numerous races that people will carpool from NOLA to travel to the coast, or even people who take weekend trips on their boats to the other side of the lake.
