CHECKING IN

1. If a boat is in the competition area while the “L” flag is raised, it shall check in
with the committee boat, radio check-ins are not allowed if a boat is in the
competition area.

2. Boats shall pass by the stern of the committee boat on starboard tack and be
acknowledged by the RC to be checked in. Failing to do so will result in a 20%
penalty.
