It looks to me like mark SYC "S" has drifted about 1/10nm to the north from whats listed in the chart.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I've got

090° 07.6025' W

But the race docs and good RNC11369 have mark S @
30° 02.337' N
90° 07.581' W
