Ooowee, what a perfect subject for a new contest ! What is the proper attire at each yacht club ? I'll go first. Winner ( probably me ) gets free drink next time you see me ( I'll see myself later today and will buy me a drink )

- SYC : Navy blazer, grey slacks, yellow and blue ascot, pink thong,

- PonchYC : cut off camo pants, chuck taylors, local sailing regatta T-shirt, NRA hat,

- NOYC : North sails shirt, Camet shorts, cigarette and drink,

- Pass : there are actually two permissible styles,

1) ( over 50 ) blue hair, blue blazer,white shirt, white ex-commodore hat,

2) ( under 50 ) khaki pants, " I love John Dane " Trinity yachts shirt,

FYC : shirt, shorts, undies and hat all emblazoned with "2004 Challenge Cup " and a picture of the Colonel. All of the above have fried chicken grease stains on them.

BWYC : extra long shorts, sunfish T-shirt, faded visor, and partially melted flip flops.
