The Suunto watch/compass was nothing more than a toy, it didn't work worth a hoot (unless you only need accuracy w/in 30 degrees +/-) and now sits in the bottom of the drawer. Waste of $250.

Current watch is the Citizen's Stars and Stripes Eco-drive, very handy, good match of the jewelry vs function. Bought it on the S&S website right after they were eliminated from the last Cup, got it dirt cheap (around 20% of retail). Only complaint is that it is obvious that DC never sails at night because there is no backlighting. For offshore/overnight I switch back to a cheap timex.
