I had a submariner. It was a great watch. It didn’t keep time for shit though, and it was one of the more accurate ones according to the guy that dose all the Rolex work in this area. I quit wearing it sailing because the crystal cost $250 + labor to install it, and it kept getting scratched on the boat and the watch weighed as much as my anchor. The good thing was when I sold it; I got 3.5 times what I paid for it 5 years after I bought it. I had bought used at apparently what was a good price. I have the Citizens Echo-Drive Titanium Sail Hawk. I like it too. I couldn’t tell you much about how accurate it is or about how the functions work because my eyes are so bad that I can’t see it nor can I read the fine print in the 30-language manual that came with it. I got it new on ebay real cheap though. My original Citizens sailing watch died after 10 years and about as many bands were replaced. I can’t believe that thing never went in the water.
