I have seen the aerial footage of New Orleans on local TV in Baton Rouge. I can confirm that SYC was burning in the afternoon. I would judge Patrol 1 was sitting OK. The fire was coming through the roof on SYC from the center to the east side. The water is too deep for fire vehicles to reach it.

I did see NOYC in the video and the roof was still on the building and the awning in front was gone. I would assume the windows blew out and the damage is extensive. There are no piers in the harbor that I could see.

Lakeview has flooded. A friend's home at Bragg and Argonne has more than 4ft of water in it.
