Does anyone know Bill Jessee of Stray Bullet? I know he was a member of SYC but thought me might have also joined NOYC. I spoke to him on Sunday night and he said he was in his condo (he is right across from the levee/marina). I spoke to his niece afterward and she said they had heard from him and the boat was gone (no surprise there).
So sorry for everyone's loss. We are in Ohio and the news is just devastating to us.
