The boat was on the municipal docks, second pier out, past the boat Turkey Wings, Gritz, and the Ranger 37.It is a Beneteau First 375, named Camille. She appears to be completely on her starboard side in her slip, laying on top of something that is under her. I assume another boat. There is a large power boat near her, blown there from another dock. I can send a CNN pic of her location if that helps.
