I am a CPA and sailor in Annapolis MD, member of Eastport Yacht Club. Race on an Andrews 30. I live in a older (but somewhat messy) 4 bedroom house in a very nice area of Annapolis. I am in my early 50s, divorced with no children, and live alone with my dog. I can offer housing (& work for an accountant/bookkeeper)for a couple.
