Like I said - mistakes will be made and opinions will vary as to the effectiveness of the efforts. The volunteers & resources are spread extremely thin...I guess they are damned if they try to help and damned if they don't. Do remember - they are volunteers, unlike the people from other organizations. Again, let your sailor friends to the east know if we can be of assistance.
