I spoke with my boat insurance agent today. They actually do have adjusters and asessors in the area, they are there in RV'S, and some are expecting to get into the area in the next few days. They are actively working the areas that are not under water.
The plan is, they are gathering resources together to go into the marinas, and remove the boats, either by land or by sea,and take them to places where they can be better evaluated. I assume this means barges, and tows.

I just wonder how long before they get into NOLA.............it looks awful.
