Typical DD. Let the money go to all of the people who don't do shit to help themselves. Forget the people who actually pay taxes and have insurance. That is the problem with New Orleans. I feel bad for all the poor saps who had no flood insurance but I don't think they should be given more than the rest of us who have been paying our hard earned money to have insurance. That would defeat the whole purpose of carrying insurance. Why would I want to get insurance next time? They are just going to give me money anyway.
