Although my post was deleted, your response, a profane, vitriolic personnal attack, remains. I question the values of the Web Master at NOYC.

I am certainly not an expert in this area. Call FEMA, find out if you qualify, and let your conscious be your guide. But don't complain about welfare cheats on the one hand, while 'gaming' the FEMA system on the other.
