Both times I have been out to the marina, - no. I usually got stopped before reaching the road along 17th street. Cops asked lots of questions. I went out there last Monday 9/4 and Thursday 9/7. I plan on going out there tomorrow AM. A friend asked me to look for his boat, a Easterly 30 named PERLA.
