Fellow Sailors and Others---It appears that a checkpoint is to be placed to restrict access to West End Park etc, in an effort to limit looters etc. We will have personnel at this point to hand out passes to allow access to those participating in the Closing Regatta. Just state your intentions of involvement in the event and or the name of either of the Commodores or some other identifying info about the Clubs or event or personnel involved and a pass should be forthcoming.
