So a guy (out of state, off course) calls me and advises me that he is clearing lots in the Pass, near the beach, on my street. Having minimal shit (three pilings, mostly), I was wondering what was my responsibility. Anyone know how to contact the acting city government? I've been there at least ten times and can't get an answer.

Anyway, this guy tells me that "yeah, I'm clearing lots so people can put trailers on the property" and I thinking WTF, who would put a trailer done in a town with no services and still breeding respiratory difficulties? Is there any truth to this?
