I go to MYH about 1x every 2 weeks to crank my motor. On my pier, I am the only boat moored on my side. There are plenty of empty slips that I'm sure no one will even notice if you pull up to. There is no power at all in the harbor or miles of the surronding area for that matter. I wouldn't count on getting fuel or water easily either.

You can't enter or leave the area at night. There is a guardsman posted on the road to the harbor entrance (well before the SYC area, if you are familiar).

As far as I can tell, there is no one "official" in charge - this has just been my experience the last 2 months.
