Well I don't see why boaters should be charged when...All the cars that got towed...I assume...didn't get charged or your tree if it happens to get in the road or for that matter your house got moved for free...so I put to you why should he?...although on the surface your statment or rather question of why shouldn't he be charged sounds correct it in fact just ... what can I say...INCORRECT LOGIC....thats ok we knew what you thought you meant...your just a nice guy with an opinion....be it incorrect or not...everyone is entitled to an opinion just like -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ (assholes) everyones got one...just most of us have correct ones I think yours may be blocked....sugestion!...PRUNES
