There is some thing coming out of the inner harbor going north in the canal just about even with the end of Joe's crab shack and the Old CG station about a 15 to 30 feet from SYC side of the canal...BIG J hit glanced off of it and kept going....he said it didn't feel like a mud lump but something solid...hit it and was redirected....I wonder if it might not be one of SYC's dumpsters....I am going to try, before the weekend is out, to get BAD DOG pull up the keel soem and see if my depth sounder see's anything....

If anyone has a fish finder (portable one) please let me know as it would do a better job then the depth sounder....Just email me.....if you have one I can borrow....we sailors are going to have to do stuff like this cause you know the city doesn't give a rats ass about it...

I will try to do a run down between most of the harbor and see what we can see if I get a fish finder, so if there are other areas you think their may be something add it to this chain ....
