I think everyone should have a right to play with their toys....but a radio controlled toy ...as far as I know...have no right of way in navigable waters and if they did they would be subject to rules of the road like the rest of the world gving way to boats that must stay in a channel as opposed to a kids toy or in this case an adolesent adults toys...

I would love to be able to come over and runa few over whens the next play date....I could probablyborrow a skiff of some kind...adn as far as the explosive threat...Bring it on I like a good bang....
