I am jealous of the "Jones'" new dock. I admire their can-do-attitude.

NOYC has a real opportunity to pick up new members and keep the current members, the quicker the facilities are brought on-line. I am proud of the people who made the bar operational after the storm. I am ready to move on to the next project, whatever that may be.
