We had perfect weather and sailing conditions in St. Pete this weekend. 5-18 Saturday and mostly 5-10 Sunday with some tricky current both days. After 23 races, we were tied with Eckerd for first place going into the last race. The breeze got lighter for the last race and the lead changed 4 times between Paul and Eckerd's sailors. Paul had him around the leward mark, when the breeze totally shut off. Of course, the puff filled from the wrong side and Eckerd ended up winning by 5 boatlengths.
