When was the date set for J/22s ?

If the J/22 date was decided after the Jan planning meeting, a courtesy call to NOYC would have been appreciated. MG could have been rescheduled before advertisement and notices were sent out. It should be protocol when a date has been agreed upon by the GYA clubs and a conflict appears later on, a courtesy phone call should be made at the earliest opportunity.
