Planning a major regatta should occur 6 months in advance. Planning a March regatta in January is a mistake.

The 2007 Leukemia Cup and Mardi Gras regatta dates were selected in July 2006. Bish posted the calendar much earlier this year.

Perhaps the agenda for the January meeting should discuss and approve the 2008 schedule.
