Here's what I want in NOYC's dry storage area:

- nicely padded floating ramp !!
- a bar made out of a sunfish or laser.
- padding on the waterside edge of the concrete.
- reserved parking for me.
- leash laws signs
- lawn chairs and unbrellas
- juniors or clique pledges to launch, recover, wash boats and fold sails.
