As a past victor of this most unique event, I can attest to just how ridiculous it is, and I mean that in a good way. I believe my crew called it a "Mixed-breed" regatta, whatever that means.

Unfortunately I should be in the vicinity of Long Island (Bahamian, not yankee version) or Cuba at that time and will have to pass.
