I hope you and Danny are doing well. Don't be upset with Jason -- he's a fine sailor, a heck of a main trimmer, and a supportive member of NOYC (though he has a weird sense of humor -- after all, he was the only one who didn't laugh at my piece of string joke.)

I really appreciated the chance to sail with you and Danny in 2005, and can understand the attraction of Jackpot. I had an opportunity to see her up close in a race this summer, and she still looks great. I hope you'll stay a member, and that you find the opportunity to drop in some time.
