It is long time to move on. In 2007 there is no intelligent reason for the city or any other government to be in the marina business.

The entire area of public property should be sold or long term leased to a solid organization with a long track record in the marina and waterfront business. No friends and family only solid teams should be able to submit bids.

This should be the crown jewel opposite the other jewel the quarter. From there we could build a great center piece.
