and to tailer, what we are trying to do is find out why the money that was allocated for the very projects that the increase is supposed to be for disappeared to. as is obviously was not spent on harbour maintenance. and if it hasn't disappeared why haven't the improvements been made and why is a increase justified. also there is a waiting list many people have been waiting for 6 months or more. and yes there are empty slips avaiable. why do we not have fire protection? why is the harbour spending god only knows how much on the water that they pour into the lake from busted water lines, but can't get water to the fawcets? most importantly why has the harbour gotten in the state of disrepair only in the last eight years, when there was plenty of funds left by the previous management and all this stuff was well maintained before the present management?
