It would help to get a copy of the {public?) financial statement. And I think the MYH argument for the increase is not to maintain (which everyone agrees is not adequate), but to increase facilities and services. Not a simple matter, but one there is no question should involve the victims--I mean the tenants--in the discussion and final fee schedule determination.
