It's with a heavy heart that I report Bill Jessee passed away this morning. I was fortunate to meet Bill at the start of the 2021 WNR season as he was walking down Pier 4 looking for a boat to crew on, little I knew at the time what a great guy Bill was and how much he was going to teach me and the rest of my crew about sailing/racing.
