New system, new management software and new people. Should get better over time.

On the subject of Race Committee work; It is time for CSA, NOYC & LPWSA to get some of their people certified in race committee work. We need real pros. I do not have a problem with paying professionals for their service or paying for folks to attend the classes. The RC work is pretty marginal these days. 2 of last 3 races could have been thrown out on big errors. I am pointing the finger with four fingers pointing back at myself. All three organizations have room for major improvement. SYC has some teams that make whopper mistakes too with their certified PROS. We need to get more folks attending more RC certification classes. We all have need for improvement but I have definitely seen a decline in RC product these days. NOYC One Design weekend was pretty flawless. Note that I am very thankful for the volunteers and need to educate myself on providing better RC work too.
