The only fleet doing WL almost exclusively (except for Mandeville races) is the SYC Open Fleet. We are happy with that format for all the reasons that Racer X just stated. If you like other courses, there are plenty of opportunities on WNR and In Classic Fleet. There is no need for Olympic or Gold Cup courses with reaching legs in our Open Fleet racing. So, if you enjoy the WL format, join us. We are Open.
