The last and only time that boats other than Vipers sailed in CCup Class B under ORR-Ez was 2019. The overall order of finish that year was M24,Viper,M24,Viper,M24,Viper,M24.

Since then (3 years ago), the Viper has received a fairly significant ratings hit due to refinements in the VPP made to accurately rate such boats. Point being, whatever you think of Vipers sailing in an "offshore" regatta, there's no empirical evidence that they will be dominant in their class based on ratings. Again, there are a lot of good B boats!
