Students asked to arrive before 08:45am. The course covers seamanship, required equipment, navigational rules, emergency situations, and much more. Graduates receive a certificate from USPS for insurance purposes and their
Louisiana Boat Operators License.

THERE IS NO FEE FOR THE COURSE BUT A CHARGE FOR MATERIALS
