May I suggest new Dry Storage rule effective 6-1-23 for NOYC Dry Storage or whenever leases can be modified. Basically, USE IT OR LOSE IT. If you do not use and launch your boat at least 5 times a year you must remove your boat from dry storage. USE YOUR BOAT OR LOSE YOUR SPOT. It is time.
