No one is fighting. The GYA PHRF is a mess with J80 ratings from 126 to 132. Some are wet sail ratings some are dry. GYA PHRF is an outlier in using wet vs dry. ORREZ, ORR IOR and most other rating systems do not give consideration to that complication. If you race your boat should be race ready including a clean and fair bottom.
