I do not want to see any slip tennant money spent on making sure gate locks and latches working, doors closing or more regular trash pick up. Do not use slip payer money for a new properly sized dumpster by NOYC dry storage. I love seing the MYH dumpster over flowing with trash in front of NOYC. Do not spend MYH slip tennant money on making the harbor nicer. Please spend $750,000 on a consultant.
