Happy Birth Day NOYC. I have had a few great meals at NOYC lately. The $15 steak night is the best bang for the buck in all of Westend. Decent filet and the price is right. Whoever runs the Fryer on Fridays with the Oysters, shrimp and fish that was done a couple of times is knocking it out of the park. I don't even like most fried food but they definitely know what they are doing. Damn WNR Hamburgers are decent too. Keep up the great work. I even like the Chief Caveman and Vice Caveman running the place.
