This is how it may have went down. A couple of cars parked at SYC around 4am. They walked around to NOYC dry storage. Took the wheels off. When all the wheels were off they had driver come around and picked them up and sped off. The cars may have parked right in front of SYC. Not positive but I heard this scenario from a dog walker at 4am. Check NOYC and SYC cameras.
