Weather is Weather and clubs don’t control it. Every event has a weather issue whether is it is cold, fog, lightning, no wind or too much wind. All I can say is if you don’t like the management, volunteer to be the boss at the next event. As for RC, moving the course does get difficult with multi-fleet. Since I don’t know details, I won’t speculate on their decisions. As part of the decision team to go back out Sunday, racing is better than no racing. We came to sail, so let’s sail. Yes, my boat took advantage of the skewed course.

As for moving the calendar around, if we move sailing from the summer time, you will definitely lose your college kids who are home for the summer. More than one college sailor has told me that.
