Can you put some moorings out to use for regattas. If FW is so fantastic. Why not pick an "open" weekend and take a page from the original GYA Fishboat success. Regatta provided boats. Just register and show up and sail. That was so popular skippers where chosen by lottery before each start. Everyone there to party. Pay a bit more and get in the skipper boat pool. The boats were all on moorings for the event.
