As I understand, the NOYC circle is in process to restore. SYC's circle is being used for match racing on Sunday. The Closing Regatta event was updated on the NOYC.org calendar on October 6th. NOR was also published on this date. We didn't go back and change the schedules published at the beginning of the year.
