Can someone please explain the discrepancies between the NOR and registration?? the NOR states that there is NO ENTRY FEE; however, when you register you are charged $55 plus process fee???

In addition, the Event page for the Sugar Bowl states that all racing is postponed until Sunday at 10:00am??? What happened to OD racing on Saturday and Handicap racing on Sunday? Saturday's forecast does not look threatening at all; therefore, why postpone and, more importantly why postpone this early out?

It very hard to get participants out with this conflicting information ?? Can someone explain/clarify?
