We need to slow down around West End Park on North Roadway. Several cars are going 35 MPH plus and I would hate to see a child or adult get hit walking out from between cars. All of the above are guilty but I will say that most NOYC members are slowing down in front of the club looking for a parking spot. They need to change speed limit to 15mph around a park, post in several locations and enforce.
