Thanks for your explanation for validity of PHRF certificates until the end of 2024. Therefore, can still be used for Mexico Race, etc.

My question is what is the GYA's plan for next year, 2025, and beyond once those certificates are no longer valid, and to rate new boats that don't have a rating. Will the GYA suggest that clubs use the one-number ORREz/PHRF rating published on those ORREz certificates if they want to continue to use the one-number rating system for their races? Thus, the GYA is not going to produce or adjust ratings after this year. And ORA1 is no longer supported by ORREz beyond this year.
