I remember! Do you remember sleeping on the NOYC couch after Thursday Night dinner so we would be at the club early enough to sail GORC Steeplechase with Tom Trenchard, Lloyd Parsons John Maclachlin, Rudy Smith( I think) and Jean Hyde on Avanti? I can't remember who else was on the boat. I'm not sure my parents knew I went on that race.
