All mark locations are approximate as stated on all local charts. National programs are not as accurate as your local charts. Volunteers remove, refurbish and replace racing marks as accurate as the conditions allow. Your GPS will get you close and your eyes will get you there. The charts are as accurate as ORRez or PHRF.
